Return & Exchange Conditions
All items approved for return or exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Returned goods must include all original labels, tags, receipts and packaging.

Responsibility & Shipping
Returned merchandise remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a reliable delivery service that insures your parcel for its full value.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover shipping or insurance charges for returned or cancelled merchandise.

Credit Notes
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Once your return is received and approved, a credit note will be sent to your registered email ID. This amount will not include original shipping or handling charges. Exchanges can only be made through a new purchase using this credit note.

Custom Orders
We do not accept returns or cancellations for specially ordered or customised items, as each piece is crafted just for you and finalised with your approval.

Order Modifications
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order is submitted, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any related agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
