Processing Time
Orders are processed immediately on working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline
Domestic shipping within India is free of charge. Once your order is ready for dispatch, it will be delivered within 3 to 5 days.
Made-to-measure orders require 25 to 30 working days to be produced before shipping.

Payment & Delivery
We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time. We recommend providing an office or residential address for secure delivery. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes to ensure the safety of your order.

International Orders
For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as any applicable duties and taxes are payable by the customer. Handling or convenience charges may apply.

Delays & Exceptions
While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, local festivals, remote delivery locations, or unforeseen logistical or customs issues. If there is any delay, our team will keep you informed at every step.
