Cancellations & Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges once an order has been placed. Every piece is made especially for you, so please make sure you are confident in your choices before confirming your purchase.
Damages & Defects
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear images and details of the issue with us via email or WhatsApp. Our team will review your concern and get back to you within 48 hours with a resolution.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items, not for reasons related to colour variation, change of mind, or embroidery details.
If a return is approved by our team, we will guide you through the next steps and the refund process via WhatsApp. Please note that the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
Store Credits & Refunds
In rare cases where we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative option, store credit, or a full refund.
