Geeta’s Circle offers delivery across India. Our collection includes both Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order pieces, with varying dispatch timelines depending on the product and size selected. Estimated shipping times are available on each product page once a size is chosen. Ready-to-Ship items will be labelled accordingly.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Summary email detailing delivery timelines. Once dispatched, you’ll get a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number and direct tracking link. You can track your order through the shipping provider’s website or under ‘My Orders’ in your Geeta’s Circle account.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping within India on all full-priced products. A flat shipping fee of INR 250 applies to discounted items and all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Store Pick-Up: You can opt to collect your order from a nearby Geeta’s Circle store by selecting the ‘Pick Up From Store’ option at checkout. We’ll notify you once your package is ready for pick-up.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for orders up to INR 50,000, subject to serviceability of the delivery pin code. A 35% advance payment is required to confirm all COD orders. Once your item is ready to ship, we can hold it for up to 7 days. If not collected within this timeframe, the full payment may be required. Please note that the advance paid for a COD order is non-refundable if the delivery is refused.
Geeta’s Circle delivers internationally with varying production and delivery times depending on the product and size. Estimated delivery timelines are available on product pages after selecting a size. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an Order Summary email, followed by a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number when your item is dispatched.
Shipping Charges: We offer free international shipping on full-priced orders above INR 15,000 (approx. USD 200). For orders below this amount or for discounted products, a flat shipping fee of INR 2,000 (approx. USD 25) applies. Please note that this fee does not include import duties or taxes. Kindly refer to our Taxes & Duties policy for more details.
Partial Shipments: Partial shipping can be arranged upon request. A non-refundable service fee of USD 50 is applicable for each additional shipment beyond the first.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. Please write to us at care@geetascircle.com or call us at +91 [your number here] with your order details. Since items are processed quickly, cancellations beyond 24 hours will not be accepted. Made-to-Order items cancelled after production begins may incur a restocking fee. By placing a Made-to-Order request, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy.
Geeta’s Circle also reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of receipt, with the full amount refunded to the customer.
We accept exchanges only for full-priced, Ready-to-Ship products and accessories (excludes designer collaborations). Customised and Made-to-Order items are not eligible for exchange.
You must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order by writing to care@geetascircle.com. Items should be returned in original condition, unused and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any). Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Footwear should be returned in their original undamaged boxes.
International customers may also request exchanges by contacting us within 48 hours. We will coordinate return shipping, but all costs will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges will be approved only after a strict quality check once the product is received at our warehouse. Used, damaged, or returned items without original labels will not be accepted. Items like briefs, swimsuits, bikini bottoms are non-returnable. We do not accept exchanges on discounted products.
Important Notes:
- Products exchanged once are not eligible for re-exchange.
- Made-to-Order standard size pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, even if they don’t meet personal expectations. Please ensure you consult our team thoroughly before placing an order.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on select collections such as Injiri.
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product received has a manufacturing defect.
Please email us at care@geetascircle.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and details. Eligible returns must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds, if approved after inspection, will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of return receipt. If rejected, the product will be returned to the customer.
Please note:
- No refunds on discounted items.
- No returns on Ready-to-Ship pieces; only exchanges are allowed.
- Exchange requests for Ready-to-Ship items must be raised within 24-48 hours.
- Store credits are not issued for returns.
By purchasing a Made-to-Order item, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the final nature of such transactions.

- All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- All overseas shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
- Product prices shown are exclusive of import duties, customs, and local taxes.
- The recipient is responsible for these charges and must pay them to release the parcel from customs.
- Ensemble cannot estimate duties or taxes, as they vary by country.
- Courier partners will contact the recipient upon the shipment’s arrival to arrange for payment of duties and fees.
- Ensemble does not reimburse any of these additional charges.
Rush & Custom Orders
- Extra charges may apply for rush orders or customisations, based on the designer’s discretion.
- These charges are non-negotiable and beyond our control.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and old prices will not be honoured.
- Fixed currency exchange rates are used, reviewed every 7–10 days, and do not reflect live Google rates.
Discounted Products
- No returns or exchanges on discounted items.
- Cancellations allowed within 24 hours of order placement.
- Alterations on sale items or garments purchased over 3 months ago are chargeable.
- Ensemble reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without notice.

Merchandise Disclaimer
- Slight variations in colour, placement, or design may occur due to hand-done techniques and individual screen settings.
- These do not qualify for refunds, complaints, or exchanges.

Post-Delivery Alterations
- Post-delivery alteration requests may involve additional charges, including transit and customs duties (international).
- These costs must be paid in full before the alteration process begins.

- Basic alterations are complimentary for full-priced items within 3 months.
- Customisation and certain repairs may incur extra charges.
- Not all repairs are guaranteed but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Rush custom orders will attract additional fees set by designers.
- Applicable on first-time orders only (registration/login required).
- Max discount: ₹2,500.
